Mission Statement
Action Energy's mission is to build a profitable, growing, responsible oil and natural gas company that is an excellent place at which to work. A significant element of that mission is our commitment to act in a responsible manner and to be accountable for our actions.
One of our responsibilities is to conduct all operations in a manner which, to the greatest possible extent, ensures the health and safety of our staff, our contractors, and the public, while ensuring the protection of our property and the environment.
Action Energy will execute its responsibilities through the EH&S Program, which includes:
- Policies and procedures which we believe are necessary for the discharge of our responsibilities;
- The standard of performance which we believe is required of us; and
- Performance targets which we have set for ourselves.
Action Energy's management is responsible for:
- Establishing our EH&S Policy such that all legal, regulatory and operating requirements are fully satisfied;
- Ensuring that the appropriate resources necessary for its implementation are available; and
- Providing the governance necessary to ensure the Policy is working.
Every person working for or on behalf of Action Energy is responsible for:
- Awareness and implementation of our EH&S Policy;
- Regulatory auditing of our activities; and
- Continuously improving our performance.
Together we are accountable for the success of our policy. Together we can make a difference.
